Time SpaceLean Six Sigma Projects are short projects whose aim is to reduce waste, improve speed of any process and improve precision of the productivity of any system.

Lean Six Sigma is one of the Tools Total Quality Management uses. The other one are the QFD or Quality Function Deployment Tool, which allows the system to design and align the process of the Enterprise with the needs of the Customers and the Expectations of the Customer.

If you can translate your Customer needs into specific process capabilities, you will deliver according to what the client needs.

Training

Training and investing in human performance is one of the best investment an Enterprise can do. To train key resources should pay itself several times.

Conclusion

Total Quality Management, Lean Six Sigma and other Improvement Tools need key resources capable of learning and deploying specific tools into very short projects, that should last between 1 or 2 weeks to max 3 months, so concrete results can be achieved.

If a project last further than 3 to 4 months, there is a risk that the project can be lost in time and so the improvement opportunity.
